Two men were arrested after three businesses in Crofton were robbed back to back, one place even being hit twice in two days.

The first incident happened on November 14 around 9:45 p.m. outside of the Bank of America at 2001 Davidsonville Road.Police say a 44-year-old woman was sitting in her car at the drive-through ATM when a man with a gun demanded money.

But before the man had a chance to get the money, the woman said he became startled and ran away. No one was injured and police canvassed the area without success.

Only 25 minutes after the first incident, a robbery was reported at a 7-Eleven at 2129 Defense Highway. Police say a man entered the store, displayed a handgun, and then demanded money from the clerk. After getting the money, the suspect then ran out of the store and into a car driven by another suspect.

Only 25 hours later, police say those same two men hit that same 7-Eleven again.
