MILLERSVILLE, Md. — A 58-year-old man was left in serious condition after he said he was assaulted, the Anne Arundel County Fire Department said.
Firefighters responded to a call for an injured person in the 500 block of West Bay Front Road in Lothian at about 10:46 p.m. Saturday. There they found the man suffering from injuries thought to be serious but not life threatening.
The man said he had been assaulted in another location and was not sure how he got to the 500 block of West Bay Front Road, nor could he recall details about the assault. He was taken to the University of Maryland Prince George’s Hospital Center for treatment via a Maryland State Police medevac helicopter.
