Annapolis man and woman arrested for marijuana distribution, possession

ANNAPOLIS, Md. — A 36-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman were arrested after police searched their Annapolis residence and discovered more than 2,000 grams of cannabis, drug paraphernalia, weapons, and money, Anne Arundel County Police said.

Police received information about the distribution of controlled dangerous substances on Bretton View Road in Annapolis. A search warrant was obtained for a residence in the 1400 block of Bretton View Road. When police searched the house, they discovered 2,067.5 grams of suspected cannabis, 150 suspected THC liquid vape inserts, two digital scales, various prescription pills, and three guns – a Mossberg 500 12 gauge shotgun, a Remington Game Master 760 .30-06 rifle, and a Glock 17, 9mm semi-automatic handgun with three magazines of ammunition. Police also seized a 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe and $979.

John Vizzini Jr. and Leah Bruich, both of the residence that was searched, were arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substances with intent to distribute, two counts of possession of more than 10 grams of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.
