Police are searching for four suspects accused of trying to steal an ATM from a Crofton 7-Eleven.
On Friday around 2:40 a.m., police say a gold Ford F350 backed into the front of the 7-Eleven at 2129 Defense Highway.
After driving into the store, three suspects got out of the car and tried to steal the ATM inside. Another person was reportedly at the scene but did not get out of the car.
The suspects were not able to get the ATM and then ended up driving away on Defense Highway towards Route 424. Multiple police and K9 officers responded to the area but were not able to find the suspects.
Suspect descriptions are limited, but police say the suspect vehicle is a gold Ford 4x4 F350 pickup truck with an unknown tag and damage to the rear bumper.
