A man threatening citizens with a gun is quickly arrested.
Anne Arundel County Police late Thursday night arrested 22-year-old Wayne Anthony Brisbon of Baltimore on assault and weapons charges.
At around 11:23 p.m, officers responded to 7000 Arundel Mills Circle. A male victim told police a man armed with a gun confronted him in the parking lot, and walked away.
Police also spoke to a female victim who reported being approached by an armed man while sitting in the passenger seat of a parked car. The subject reportedly forced his way into the vehicle and demanded the woman drive. Though the victim attempted to comply, the vehicle was unable to be driven, at which time the suspect identified as Brisbon exited the vehicle, leading to his apprehension by police.
A loaded .22 caliber handgun was recovered from Brisbon's front pants pocket.
