CURTIS BAY, Md. — Anne Arundel County Police arrested a Severn man for the shooting of a man in Curtis Bay.
Police say officers were called to the reported shooting on the 7600 block of Energy Parkway around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday. At the scene, officers found a man suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the head and two uninjured men.
Detectives identified River Locksley Jefferson as the gunman in the incident and arrested him at his home in Severn.
Jefferson was charged with three counts of attempted first-degree murder, three counts of first-degree assault, and handgun charges.
