Police arrested a man sought for robbing a mobile phone store in Glen Burnie on June 1.
Tyler Andrew Ernest, 26, of the 200 block of Lavern Avenue in Halethorpe, Md, was arrested near Ocean City, Md. on June 6 after police identified him and his getaway driver, Anna Foster. She was taken into custody at the Prince George's County Detention Center and will be extradited to Anne Arundel County upon her release.
Police say Ernest entered a Metro PCS store at 1701 Crain Highway, displayed a handgun and demanded money. A store employee complied and Ernest fled. No injuries were reported. Police did not find him after the incident but tracked him down through an investigation less than a week later.
