A 37-year-old man pleaded guilty after exploiting a 13-year-old and making her send him pictures and videos.
According to Piere Ceradoy's plea agreement, between February 2016 and April 2017, Ceradoy repeatedly asked a teen to take sexual pictures and stream live videos of themselves doing sexual acts. Over the year Ceradoy frequently threatening to expose the teenager by sending out the pictures and also threatened to kill them and their family.
Ceradoy also was sending sexual pictures and videos of himself to the 13-year-old. These actions come after he already had two convictions in 2014 relating to aggravated sexual abuse, sexual abuse, and abusive sexual conduct involving a minor.
The government and Ceradoy agreed that is the Court accepts Ceradoy's plea agreement, he will be sentenced to 25 years in prison and will be placed on supervised release for life. His next hearing is scheduled for May 25 and he remains in custody until then.
