A man was shot at while sitting on his front steps in Brooklyn Park early Tuesday afternoon, Anne Arundel County Police said.
Police responded to the 100 block of Edgevale Road for the report of gun shots at about 1:53 p.m. There, police found a man who said he was sitting on his front steps when two men walked up showing handguns and began shooting in the victim's directions.
The suspects then fled in a dark colored vehicle, heading towards Baltimore City. The shooting is thought to be targeted, police said. No one was injured.
Responding officers searched the area with a police dog but could not find the suspects or the vehicle they fled in.
Northern District Detectives are investigating the shooting.
