A man was shot early Wednesday morning in Brooklyn Park, Anne Arundel County Police said.
Police responded to Harbor Hospital at about 2:45 a.m. for reports of a shooting victim. The shooting possibly occurred in the area around Brookwood Road in Brooklyn Park.
The man who was shot said he was walking on Brookwood Road when two men approached him and shot him in the leg/foot. The man said a friend drove him to the hospital.
When the man was questioned by police he became uncooperative and left the hospital before being discharged. Officers responded to the Brookwood Road area but did not find evidence of the shooting.
The suspects have been described as two black men in their early 20s, one wearing light colored clothing and the other possibly wearing a Nike hat.
Anne Arundel County Police also responded to reports of gun shots in the 400 block of Hideaway Loop in Glen Burnie at about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Officers found three spent 9mm casings, one 9mm cartridge, and one 380 cartridge on the ground. No victims or property damaged were found, though.
