A man who shot at police during a near 24 hour barricade has been officially charged.
Anne Arundel County Police say Samuel Irvin Miller, 25 was released from a hospital Tuesday and is being held without bond.
As authorities were attempting to to convince Miller to exit the residence, he fired several gunshots at officers.
Miller faces multiple counts of assault and firearm related charges.
