Two men accused of robbing two pharmacies have been identified and arrested.

Anne Arundel Police say Jawanza D. Carter and Arthur Prince are involved in robberies at Pace Pharmacy and Pasadena Pharmacy back in August.

Both incidents happened on August 25, 2017, only 12 minutes apart. The first robbery was reported at Pace Pharmacy on 8039 Ritchie Highway around 11:40 a.m. Employees said two men came into the store, showed a handgun, and demanded money and medication. The employees said they complied and the men ran away.

A very similar story was reported only 12 minutes later at Pasadena Pharmacy at 2932 Mountain Road. Like in the other robbery, employees said the two men came into the store, showed a handgun, and demanded money and medication. The men ran off with the stolen items.

In both robberies, police used canines and a helicopter hoping to find the suspects with no luck.

Through investigative efforts, detectives were able to identify the two suspect and arrest them. Carter was arrested on Tuesday, and Prince was arrested by Annapolis Police Department on November 28. They arrested him after he committed a robbery in their area.
