Anne Arundel County Police have located and arrested the boyfriend of a woman who was found murdered in Pasadena on Monday.
According to officials, on early Wednesday morning, officers found 26-year-old Edgar Franklin Manning IV inside his mini-van in Odenton. They say when officers approached him, he fought with them and was immediately arrested.
To their surprise, located at the back of the mini-van laid the dead body of his girlfriend, 21-year-old Megan Ellen Burdeaux.
