A man was arrested after police say he robbed a woman with a box cutter at an ATM in Glen Burnie.
Anne Arundel County Police say they responded to a Wells Fargo Bank at the 6700 block of Ritchie Highway after reports of a robbery Monday morning. A 32-year-old woman told them that while she was withdrawing money from the bank's ATM, a man came up to her, showed a box cutter, and demanded money.
The woman told police she complied and the suspect got into a white truck and drove away.
Officers were able to find the suspect, Jesse Ray Werner, in the area of D and 9th Streets in Pasadena. While the officers were searching Werner's car, they found the box cutter the woman described she was robbed with.
