Police arrested a suspect with a knife after he reportedly robbed another man in Annapolis Thursday night.
A man told police he was walking in the area of Smithville Street at South Villa Avenue when another man approached him. The man had a knife and demanded money.
The victim dropped his money and ran to call the police. Officers arrived at the scene, found the robbery suspect, and arrested him.
Markele Thompson, 46, was charged with armed robbery, assault, and reckless endangerment.
