A 17-year-old girl hit by a car while walking home last weekend has died.
Kiersten Wengert-Walko's family posted online that the teenager passed away Wednesday.
Wengert-Walko was rushed to Shock Trauma after being hit early Saturday morning. She was walking with a group of friends along WB&A Road in Severn after leaving a house party.

The driver is still at large. Police believe the car was speeding, and leaving the same party. Investigators are offering a $2,000 reward in this case.
A GoFundMe page set up for Wengert-Walko has now raised more than $9,600 and the donations will help with funeral arrangements.
