ANNAPOLIS, Md. — A man and a woman were arrested and charged with robbing an Annapolis bank Monday morning, Anne Arundel County Police said.

Officers responded to the PNC Bank at 737 E. College Parkway at about 10:30 a.m. Monday. Police said a woman entered the bank, implied she had a weapon, and passed a teller a note demanding money. The employee complied, and the woman left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.

She was charged with robbery, second-degree assault, theft of more than $100 but less than $1,500, and reckless endangerment.

A 22-year-old man who was also at the residence, Blake Heritage Nicholson, was also taken into custody and charged with robbery and obstructing and hindering.
