Two women have been arrested for prostitution and performing massages without a license.
Anne Arundel County Police say they received tips that the activities were going on at Oriental Wellness Center on Nursery Rd in Linthicum.
After an investigation, Yan Yan He and Qin Shi, both of Flushing, NY, were arrested.
