Police are investigating 13 people shot, one of them succumbing from their injuries after another violent weekend in Baltimore.

SUNDAY:
11:56 p.m.
Baltimore Police were called to a hospital after reports of a walk-in shooting victim. The 23-year-old was very uncooperative with investigators, but they were able to determine he was shot in the leg.
8:40 p.m.
Officers were called to a hospital in the area for a 23-year-old walk-in shooting victim. The man told police he was shot in the leg while walking in the area of Popular Grove and Windsor Ave.
4:30 p.m.
This incident involved a 13-year-old girl and 38-year-old male victim. Officials say it was just after 4:30 p.m. on Sunday when both were found shot in the 300 block of N. Hilton Street.
Investigators believe both victims fled to the location after being shot inside a car in the 3300 block of Gwynns Falls Parkway. Each was transported to a hospital where they're expected to survive.
2:32 p.m.
Police say an adult male was shot in the 2400 block of Reisterstown Road in West Baltimore. Due to the severity of his injuries, homicide detectives were called to the scene.
10:15 a.m.
Officers received a call in the 1500 block of Charlotte Avenue. There, they found a 30-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his leg. Detectives believe the victim was involved in an argument when he was shot.
SATURDAY:
7 p.m.
Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Bethel Court. Upon arrival, they found a 40-year old woman with a gunshot wound to her body. She was taken to an area hospital.
A short time later, a 35-year old man arrived at a hospital with a gunshot wound to his shoulder. Investigators believe both victims were inside a car, in the 200 block of N. Castle Street, when they were shot.
4:54 a.m.
Police say a 58-year-old man walked into an area hospital with a gunshot to the leg. It was determined he was shot inside a home in the 4300 block of Garrison Boulevard.
FRIDAY:
10:46 p.m.
Friday night ended with a58-year-old man shot and killed in Southwest Baltimore. Police were called to the 4700 block of Franklintown Road where they found Albertus Nelson with gunshot wounds to his body. Nelson was pronounced dead on the scene.
9:32 p.m.
Police were called to the 1400 block of Ostend Street after a reported shooting. When they arrived, they found a 49-year-old woman with a gunshot wound to her leg. The woman was taken to the hospital for treatment
8:41 p.m.
Officers were called to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim. When they arrived, they found a 20-year old man being treated for gunshot wounds to his body. Investigators believe the victim was in the 5400 block of Ready Avenue when he was shot.
12:20 p.m.
Police were called to a hospital after reports of a walk-in shooting victim. There, they found a 37-year-old woman with a gunshot wound to his foot. Police believe he was in the 600 block of N. Lakewood Avenue when he was shot.
32-year-old Edward Calloway was also killed on Friday while in the 300 block of South Monroe Street, but information about that specific murder is limited at this time.
