A 16-year-old boy is charged as an adult in connection with a double murder in Baltimore.
Troy Bradner, 16, is accused of shooting and killing 15-year-old Quindell Ford and 20-year-old Anthony Danieles as they sat in a car in the 2300 block of West Lafayette Avenue in west Baltimore.
Both died at the hospital.
Police believe the shooting may have been retaliation for a robbery.
