Police have arrested a 17-year-old for the Oct. 4 murder of a 73-year-old man in Northwest Baltimore, Baltimore Police said.
Mikayal Hendricks was arrested on Oct. 22 and charged with first-degree murder for the death of Lawrence Price.
Price was pronounced dead at Sinai Hospital, having been driven there by his wife after being shot.
Police said Price was sitting in his car at a stoplight in the 4400 block of Liberty Heights Avenue. Another car pulled up alongside Price's and an argument ensued. Shortly thereafter, someone in that second vehicle fired shots at Price, then drove away.
Homicide detectives identified Hendricks as the shooter and issued a warrant for his arrest, police said.
Hendricks was taken to Central Booking and Intake Facility.
