BALTIMORE, Md. — Baltimore Police are investigating the shooting of a teenage boy in Southwest Baltimore.
Police say patrol officers were called to the 1000 block of North Ellamont Street just before 8:30 p.m. on Thursday evening for the reported shooting.
At the scene, officers found a 17-year-old boy with a gunshot wound to his side.
They say the teen was transported to a local hospital for treatment for his non-life threatening injury.
