19-year-old William Neely was arrested Friday in Cherry Hill, police say.
Neely was wanted in the case of the murder of Donald Symptom, 20, who was shot and killed February 1, 2017.
Police say after an argument ensued between the victim and two individuals, the victim was followed by the men where he was fatally shot in the 4700 block of Hampnett Avenue.
The other suspect in the case Dontaz Brandon, 18, was arrested back in February after turning himself in.
Both individuals are charged with first degree murder ad are being held at Central Booking.
