A Baltimore 19-year-old died from his injuries a week after being shot.
George Phillips IV was shot in the neck in the 2800 block of Lake Ave at 11:59 p.m. las Monday. Phillips was then to the transferred to the hospital in critical condition.
Police say on Monday he died from his injuries. Philips lived in the 6900 block of McClean Blvd.
