BALTIMORE (WMAR) — Police are investigating after a 21-year-old man walked into an area hospital with a gunshot wound to the back.
Baltimore Police say they got the call just before 6:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Investigators believe the incident occurred in the 4100 block of Frederick Avenue in Southwest Baltimore.
Citywide shooting detectives have taken over the investigation and are asking anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2221.
