22-year-old injured in Northeast Baltimore shooting Monday

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting that took place in Northeast Baltimore Monday afternoon.

According to police, they found a 22-year-old man in the 4100 block of Eirman Avenue suffering from gunshot wounds to his right arm, leg and his lower waist.

He was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The victim told detectives that he was in the block when he heard gunshots and started running. Soon after he realized he had been shot.
