BALTIMORE — Police said that a 28-year-old man was shot and killed early Saturday morning in Northeast Baltimore.
At a little after 12:30 a.m., officers were called to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim. When they arrived to the scene, officers found Darrell Fordham Jr. being treated by hospital staff for a gunshot wound to his chest. He died from his injuries a short time later.
Investigators believe that Fordham was in the 5500 block of Force Road when he was shot. However, detectives from the Homicide Unit are still investigating this incident.
