A reward of up to $2000 is being offered in the case of a man beaten to death inside his Baltimore apartment.
Police say it was November 8 around 12:25 p.m. when they responded to the 1200 block of St. Paul Street and found Brendon Thomas Michaels dead from an apparent beating.
