BALTIMORE — A 34-year-old man was shot in the city's Easterwood neighborhood overnight, Baltimore Police said.
Officers from the Western District responded to a Shotspotter alert in the 2000 block of Westwood Avenue at about 1:05 a.m. Wednesday. Shortly thereafter, a driver flagged down an officer performing a car stop in the area and said his friend had been shot in the left forearm.
Police called for a medic who transported the 34-year-old man to an area hospital for wounds considered to be non-life threatening.
