A 37-year-old man was killed along the border of Baltimore's Madison-Eastend and Milton-Montford neighborhoods Friday morning.
Eastern District police responded to the 800 block of Luzerne Avenue for the report of an unresponsive male in an alley, police said. Officers found the man with a gunshot wound to the head. Responding medics pronounced the man dead at the scene.
