38-year-old man found with gunshot wounds after fleeing shooting scene

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting that injured a man in Northeast Baltimore on Thursday evening.

Police say officers were called to the reported shooting on the 3800 block of Echodale Avenue around 10:43 p.m. They say officers at the scene found a 38-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds.

Police believe the incident happened near the intersection of Hamilton Avenue and Harford Road. Investigators learned the victim fled the scene of the shooting.
