43-year-old arrested in connection with March 17 Walbrook EZ Mart shooting

BALTIMORE, Md. — The Baltimore Police Department has made an arrest in the March 17th shooting that happened inside a Walbrook EZ Mart.

At about 1 p.m., officers were called to the 1800 block of North Rosedale Street. When they arrived, they found a 30-year-old man that had been shot in the arm and leg. After interviewing witnesses and watching video footage of the incident, detectives were able to identify a suspect and on April 10, at about 7:20 a.m., they obtained an arrest warrant for 43-year-old Maurice Boston, of the 500 block of Lucia Avenue.

Boston was arrested by the Warrant Task Force. He has also been charged with First Degree Attempted Murder and is now waiting to see a court commissioner at Central Booking.
