A 49-year-old man died after being shot in the head on West North Avenue Thursday night.
A Baltimore Police Lieutenant was on patrol in the Western District when he heard a lout pop while in the 1200 block of W. North Avenue. He exited his vehicle and soon found a man suffering a gunshot wound to the head. The man was taken to a local hospital where he died.
