A 29-year-old man was shot in the back Saturday night in Northeast Baltimore

BALTIMORE — According to police, a 29-year-old man was shot in the back Saturday night.

At around 8:40 p.m., officers arrived to the 4900 block of Schaub Avenue for a report of shooting. They arrived to find the 29 year old with a gunshot wound to his back. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment.

Investigators believe that he was in the 5300 block of Frankford Avenue when he was shot. However, detectives from the Northeast District are currently investigating this incident.

A little over three hours prior, at around 5:30 p.m., there was another shooting. This happened in the 2800 block of Harford Road when officers were called for a report of a shooting. They arrived and found a 20-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his leg.
