BALTIMORE — Almost exactly a month after a 28-year-old man was killed and a 20-year-old woman was shot, an arrest has been made.
22-year-old Terrell Parker was arrested on Thursday and charged with first-degree murder for the killing of Ray Parker, according to police.
On February 22, police say Ray Parker and a woman were shot in the 1500 block of Cliftview Ave. Ray died from his injuries and the woman, who has not been identified, continues to recover.

After detectives interviewed witnesses and evidence was analyzed, they were able to identify Terrell Parker as a suspect.
Police have not said if Ray and Terrell Parker are related at this time.
