A Baltimore gang member plead guilty Tuesday to racketeering and drug trafficking conspiracy.
Takuma Tate is an accused member of the Murdaland Mafia Piru (MMP) gang. It's a subset of the Bloods gang that controlled drug trades in Northwest Baltimore City and Baltimore County.
Prosecutors say Tate is one of the 26 MMP gang members and associates charged in the conspiracy case.
From 2011 to 2017, the 32-count indictment alleges the defendants committed murders, assaults, abduction, witness tampering and drug distribution.
Tate is the 13th defendant to plead guilty.
If his plea agreement is accepted by a judge, Tate will face 10 years in prison followed by five years of supervised release.
