Wednesday, the Baltimore Police Department arrested a 23-year-old man on murder charges.
Eric Carter was wanted for the September 13, 2017 killing of Daivon Evans, that occurred in the 700 block of Poplar Grove.
Officer's initially responded to the scene to find the 34-year-old victim laying in the grass suffering from stab wounds.
Evans later died at an area hospital.
