BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police detectives need the public's help in identifying the suspect seen above.
Police say on Thursday at around 4:30 p.m., the suspect assaulted and attempted to rape a woman in the 1200 block of Ridgely Street.
Anyone knowing the identity of this individual is asked to call detectives at 443-908-0654 or 911.
