BPD investigating two shootings within 20 minutes that left a man dead

BALTIMORE (WMAR) — Baltimore Police are investigating a series of Wednesday night shootings across the City that left a man dead.

Just before 11:30 p.m. officers in the Northeast District were called to the 2200 block of Fleetwood Avenue for a shooting.

When they got there, an unidentified man was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Medics pronounced the victim dead on scene.

Twenty minutes later a 38-year-old male was shot multiple times to the arms, legs, and back in the 500 block of E. Patapsco Avenue in South Baltimore.

He was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police say they currently have no suspect information or motive in either case.
