BPD murder investigation, man dies after trauma to head

The Baltimore City Police Department is looking for a murder suspect after a man was found lying on the streets in early June. 

On June 1, 2017, medics transported Christopher Lessane, 48, to Johns Hopkins Hospital after he was found lying on the sidewalk on East Monument and N. Port Street. 

Lessane had a severe trauma to the head and was originally listed in grave condition. He died on July 19, where his death was ruled questionable. 

On Monday the Medical Examiner's Office determined Lessane died as a result of blunt force trauma to the head.
