BPD searching for dark-colored pickup truck that was involved in fatal hit and run

BALTIMORE — Baltimore City Police is searching for a pickup truck that was involved in a fatal hit and run on Tuesday.

According to police, at around 11 p.m. 51-year-old Tyrone Taylor was walking in the 3000 block of Edmondson Avenue when he was hit by a vehicle. The driver of the vehicle did not remain at the scene prior to the crash.

Taylor later died from his injuries at a local hospital.

Detectives believe that the vehicle involved is a dark-colored pickup truck, which was last seen traveling eastbound on Edmondson Avenue.
