Columbia man among three recent city homicide victims

BALTIMORE — A Howard County man was among three recent homicide victims identified by Baltimore Police Wednesday.

On April 28, 28-year-old Derrell Briscoe was killed in the 2500 block of Edmondson Avenue. He was the lone fatality from a shooting at a neighborhood cook out that injured six other people.

On April 29, 32-year-old William James was found dead in an alley in the 800 block of West Lexington Street. James was from Stevens Forest Road in Columbia.

On April 30, 46-year-old Robert Richardson was killed in the 900 block of N. Kenwood Avenue. The location of his shooting was revised to the 900 block of N. Kenwood Avenue. Kenwood intersects with Ashland Avenue in the 2800 block.
