BALTIMORE — The Baltimore Police Department needs your help in identifying two individuals in connection to a November murder.
On November 25, at around 12:40 p.m., officers were called to the 1800 block of W. Pratt Street for a report of a shooting. They arrived to find 36-year-old Brian Moore with multiple gunshot wounds to his body.
Moore was pronounced dead at the scene.
