Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting that left a 17-year-old boy with gunshot wounds to his body on Wednesday evening.
Officers were called to the 2700 block for the reported shooting around 8:27 p.m.
At the scene, they found the teen and transported him to an area hospital for treatment.
Investigators were able to determine that the boy was shot in the 900 block of North Lakewood Avenue.
Detectives are investigating the incident.
