Homicide detectives are investigating after officers found a decomposing body Monday afternoon.
Baltimore Police said a foul odor led them to the 500 block of N. Brice Street, where they found the body of Patrick Dinkins, 41, of the 2400 block of Mosher Street.
Police said he had been stabbed in the upper torso.
