A Carver Vocational-Technical High School student was arrested for the possession of a loaded gun Thursday morning.
Officials say they discovered the gun when an anonymous tip led officers to conduct a search. They say the student was later taken into custody by Baltimore City Schools Police.
Baltimore Police were notified of the incident and the student was transported to Central Booking for processing.
According to officials, the student faces maximum consequences and possible expulsion.
