JHU students robbed at gunpoint by group of juveniles near Baltimore Museum of Art

BALTIMORE (WMAR) — Two Johns Hopkins University students reported being robbed at gunpoint Monday night.

The students told police they were walking on the Baltimore Museum of Art pathway at around 9:20 p.m., when six juveniles came up from behind.

According to a Campus Security alert that was sent out, at least one of the suspects was armed with a handgun.

One of the victim's gave up her cell phone, at which point the suspects ran off south into the Wyman Park Dell.

Neither victim was hurt during the robbery.

No clear descriptions of the suspects were provided.
