Police announced an arrest in the murder of Baltimore Police spokesperson Chief T.J. Smith's brother, Dion Smith.
Terrell Gibson, 21, was arrested without incident at his home in the 1800 block of Lafayette Avenue on Thursday.
Police said he has a previous record, including a stabbing incident on a city bus. The motive in Smith's murder seems to be a dispute of some kind.
Gibson will be charged with first and second-degree murder, first and second-degree and reckless endangerment.

There have been a total of 180 murders in Baltimore City to date.

On July 2 at approximately 7:55 p.m., 24 year-old Dionay Smith was shot and killed in his home in the 1400 block of Argyle Avenue.
Detectives obtained video footage that helped identify the suspect. A short time later, detectives obtained an arrest warrant Gibson.
