One of the people accused of kidnapping a woman in Baltimore and then killing her was found in Philadelphia.
On Friday, 35-year-old Willard Turner Williams was arrested and charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping, false imprisonment, arson, and several other charges related to the murder of Tiffany Jones.
Williams' arrest comes after detectives arrested 28-year-old BobieBarncord for the death of Jones, who was abducted and later found in a burning home in South Baltimore.

Williams was arrested by members of the Philadelphia Police Department and U.S. Marshals Service and is still in Philadelphia.
