Darryl Parker has been arrested and charged for attempted murder in a shooting at the Alameda in North Baltimore in early March.
On March 1, 2017, a 23-year-old was shot and taken to the hospital. He has since recovered.
Video released helped police man an arrest. Police say the video shows the suspect with the victim before the shooting and then Parker is seen running away.
